"Guild Wars: Prophecies" - Maguuma Jungle Quiz

The quest, "A Brother's Fury", obtained in Druid's Overlook, leads to the first mission in the Jungle, The Wilds. The following two missions are Bloodstone Fen and Aurora Glade. Upon completion of Aurora Glade, players will end up at the Henge of Denravi, where a quest will lead them to the Krytan mission of Riverside Province.

Answer: Druid's Overlook

By kneeling at the statue of Dwayna in Druid's Overlook when the world has favour, the Avatar of Dwayna will appear, and will offer a special quest. Other statues found in the Maguuma Jungle are of Balthazar in The Falls, Lyssa in Sage Lands, and Melandru in Tangle Root.

Answer: Elementalist

Thorn Stalkers are relatively powerful Elementalist plants that use Whirlwind and Aftershock on front-line attackers, knocking them down and causing some decent damage. If encountered on their own, Thorn Stalkers will not pose much of a threat when using Stoning, but if a Fevered Devourer is in the battle, the Weakness caused by the Devourer will trigger a knock-down when the Stalker uses Stoning.

Answer: Shining Blade

The Shining Blade make their bases in the Maguuma Jungle, away from the White Mantle, and become the player's new allies in their journey. The leader of the Shining Blade is Evennia, with Saidra and Markis being prominent members in the order. However, Markis may not be all he claims to be...

Answer: Evennia

Evennia is first met in The Wilds mission, and after discovering the White Mantle's true intentions, offers her order, the Shining Blade, as aid to the player's cause. At the end of the Sanctum Cay mission, Evennia is captured by the White Mantle, but is rescued in the Ice Caves of Sorrow mission.

Answer: The Falls

The closest outpost to The Falls is Ventari's Refuge. Players wishing to travel to The Falls must travel through Ettin's Back and Reed Bog. The Falls is also the name of the waterfall that can be interacted with, and allows access to Zinn's Secret Underground Lair (if M.O.X. is in the party).

Answer: Henge of Denravi

Access to the Henge of Denravi is possible by completing the Aurora Glade mission. Although the description of the outpost says that the only way to get into the Henge is via the Henge Gate (which is encountered in Aurora Glade), it can be accessed simply by running from the nearest outpost, which is Ventari's Refuge.

While standing in the water, the effect 'Fount of Maguuma' will appear in the Effects Monitor. One pip of Health regeneration will appear on your Health bar, meaning that you will gain one more Health point every three seconds. This effect does stack with regeneration skills and natural regeneration.

Answer: Dry Top

Dry Top certainly lives up to its name. Although it is a very small area, it contains a large number of Centaurs, Behemoths and Devourers. Perhaps the landmark of the area is a large tree stump, though where the tree went or what it was used for is unknown.

Answer: Ullen River

The quest, "Passage Through the Dark River" leads players through Tangle Root to Old Joness, who offers his boat as a means of accessing Riverside Province. The Ullen River, or as it is referred to by the locals, the Dark River, is said to be shrouded in darkness, and is where the hidden Mursaat city is said to lie.
