1. You are Tamagon, a green dragon. Your goal is to collect Crosses and Bibles, all the while avoiding minions of a dancing demon that directs the minion's every move. What's the game?

"Devil World" is the only game Shigeru Miyamoto developed that was not released in the United States due to the religious imagery. "Devil World" dates from 1984, and plays much like Pac-Man.
2. Ninten has warped to the magical land of Magicant. He must find eight melodies. During the course of their travels, naturally, they have many adventures, and ultimately must confront Gyiyg, the final boss. What's the game?

Answer: Mother

Shigeru Miyomato produced "Mother". The game was never released outside of Japan, and is known as "Earthbound 0". The original game was going to be released in the United States in 1990, but the game was canceled. A rom became publicly available many years later and has since been confirmed to be the version that would have been released had the game not been canceled.
3. Like Rocky Balboa, you have big dreams. You are a superb boxer, if a bit small, but you're ready to take on the world. Your next fight is with a man who wears a crown and calls himself King Hippo. Miyamoto produced this title. What's the game?

King Hippo appears in two different "Punch Out" games. He appears on the Wii title as well as the NES title. King Hippo does not appear in the arcade version. Miyamoto was not involved in "Mike Tyson's Punch Out". This is the second time you have faced him, the first time being quite a long time ago.
4. We all know Mario. We all know Bowser. Mario has had many memorable encounters with Bowser. On once such encounter Mario discovered Bowser in a corridor of an old castle. He jumped under Bowser and continued on his way, deeper into the castle. What's the game?

Answer: Super Mario Brothers: The Lost Levels

Released in 1986, "Super Mario Brothers 2", as it is known in Japan, features a decoy Bowser on Level 8-4. You simply avoid him and continue on your way. Miyamoto was the director of this title.
5. You have made it quite far in your quest. You are in a watery dungeon, when suddenly your own shadow leaps out at you, intent upon killing you. What's the game?

Answer: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Miyamoto served as both director and producer for "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time". Commonly regarded as one of the pinnacles of modern gaming, "Ocarina" features a fight with your own shadow, a direct reference to "Zelda II: The Adventure of Link", which is commonly considered as the black sheep of the "Zelda" franchise.

The names of the sages in "Ocarina" are names of towns from "Zelda II".
6. Bowser isn't the only one causing havoc for Mario. Once, when Mario was only a baby, Magikoopa Kamek kidnapped his brother Luigi, and he must try to reunite himself with his brother. What's the game?

Answer: Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island

"Yoshi's Island" isn't the typical Mario platformer. Instead, you control different Yoshis, who must get Mario back to his brother. The game game out in 1995 for the SNES, and Miyamoto was the producer.
7. Miyamoto has often taken us to Hyrule, and often times we have faced the evil Ganon. One of Link's encounter's with Ganon involves the witch Twinrova. Twinrova kidnaps Zelda. Twinrova uses the Flames of Despair to resurrect Ganon. You must give battle to both. What's the game?

Answer: The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages

Originally "The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages" and "Oracale of Seasons" was going to be three games, which could be played in any order but with the same linked ending. The third game proved too hard to implement so they only had two games. Once you beat ether game, you can use the password provided you and play the second game like a sequel, with Ganon being the final boss. Miyamoto produced this title.
8. Not all video game characters have it easy. Take John Raimi for example. For most of the game his original body is possessed by the evil villain Wraith. What's the game?

Answer: Geist

Miyaomoto has from time to time been known to produce some very adult games. Although how much involvement from Miyamoto was involved in the create of this game is hard to say, Geist is a very dark game involving demonic possession and paranormal activity. Miyamoto also produced "Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem", another M-Rated game.
9. In one of Miyamoto's games, you might fight a villain called Andross. This particular game, however, was never released to the public, though it was heavily advertised at the time. In later years, the ROM has been dumped onto the internet, showing a nearly complete game that is quite different from its predecessor What is the game?

Answer: Star Fox 2

Miyamoto is famous for what he calls "upending the tea table". Essentially, this phrase describes when the process when a game is half-way through development and Miyamoto does not like the shape the game is taking. He in turn redesigns much of the original game. In the case of "Star Fox 2", he completely canceled the game, though it was supposedly complete.

Dylan Cutbert, a "Star Fox 2" programmer, has disclosed why "Star Fox 2" was canceled: "Star Fox 2 was fully completed. I was the lead programmer and whilst Giles made Stunt Race FX, myself and the rest of the original Star Fox team (ie. Nintendo's artists and designers) expanded Starf Fx into a full 3D shooting game. The reason for non-release was the then impending Nintendo 64 which of course was intended to be released a lot sooner than it actually was. Miyamoto-san decided he wanted to have a clean break between 3D games on the SNES and 3D games on the new superior 64-bit system. In retrospect, he could have released Star Fox 2 and there would have been over a year and a half before the N64 came out. But hindsight is always 20/20".
10. Miyamoto is famed for creating indepth games that appeal to a wide variety of people. One such game features a dragon known as Aquamentus. What's the game?

Answer: The Legend of Zelda

"The Legend of Zelda" debuted in February 1986 on the Famicom Disk System. "The Legend of Zelda" and "Super Mario Brothers", under the leadership of Miyamoto, was developed at the same time by the same team. "Super Mario Brothers" was a linear game, whereas in steep contract "The Legend of Zelda" was extremely non-linear, especially for 1986.
