Taishu Sato, born in Aomori in 1993, is a Japanese modern pentathlete. In 2021, he became the Japanese national champion for the first time with 1,459 points. In 2022 he won a silver medal in the mixed relay at the UIPM Pentathlon World Cup Final. He also won a bronze medal in the men's team event at the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games.
