91. This petite singer and actress made full use of her natural endowment with good-natured humor and wit. Which Tennessee lady, who never had to worry that Jolene could take her man, famously carries a bit much bosom?
From Quiz That's a Bit Much...
Answer:
Dolly Parton
Dolly Rebecca Parton (1946) owns one giant voice and a famously generous bosom. She plays a full range of instruments, and is a prolific songwriter, singer, author, record producer, actress and philanthropist. She created theme park Dollywood in Tennessee, as well as Imagination Library, Dixie Stampede and Pirates Voyage. She grew up "dirt poor" with 11 siblings, appearing at the Grand Ole Opry at age thirteen, where Johnny Cash encouraged her career. She was married to lifelong partner Carl Dean in 1966, and promoted in business by singer Porter Wagoner, with whom she sang many best-selling duets (1967-1975). Dolly's "I Will Always Love You" is about her break with Wagoner. Dolly is known for her self-effacing wit, and once entered and lost a Dolly lookalike contest. She's godmother to singer Miley Cyrus.
