It is later revealed that Chicken is insane due to a combination of an abusive childhood and being groomed by the Niwa family into becoming an assassin, and has a habit of betraying her allies. She sets a flock of birds on Boar's reanimated corpse and plots to kill Monkey, but ends up telling her useful information instead. She is then killed by Ox, who stabs her in the eyes.
