"Waitin' in School" was a Rock-A-Billy song written by Johnny and Dorsey Burnette. The song was performed by Ricky in an episode of "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" (1952-1966) titled "Picture in Rick's Notebook". The chorus went "Well, it's a-one, two, a-pull off my shoes, Three, four, get out on the floor, Five, six, come get your kicks down on the corner of Lincoln and a-Forty-Six".
"Waitin' in School" was Ricky's sixth Top Twenty US single. Later the same year he had his first Number One single with "Poor Little Fool".

They released four more albums between 1967 and 1976 featuring the intricate harmonies and covering some standards such as Cole Porter's "Anything Goes" and "Chattanooga Choo Choo" by Mack Gordon and Harry Warren. The Association released "Windy" in 1967. "Georgie Girl" was a 1967 single by The Seekers and The Tremeloes had a hit with "Silence is Golden".

Before adding Stephen Caldwell of The Romeos The Orlons were a female group called Audrey and the Teenettes. They began their singing career singing backup on early sixties singles such as Dee Dee Sharp's "Gravy (For My Mashed Potatoes)" and "Mashed Potato Time".
In 1962 they released Dance genre hit "The Wah-Watusi" which went to Number Two in the US. They followed up the same year with the Number Four "Don't Hang Up" and "South Street" went to Number Three the following year. The three songs topped a million records sold and were the only Top Ten hits the group had. They released their last album, "Down Memory Lane" on the Cameo label in 1963.
"One Fine Day" was a 1962 hit by The Chiffons. "He's a Rebel" and "Uptown" were sixties hits by The Crystals. The Essex had a hit with "Easier Said Than Done" in 1963.

Marc Craig Cohn began his career as a demo artist and backing musician for several artists before releasing his debut eponymous album in 1991.

The single release "Walking in Memphis" was nominated for Song of the Year and Best Pop Vocal. Bonnie Raitt, Graham Nash and David Crosby backed Cohn on his second album two years later titled "The Rainy Season".

He toured extensively for the next few years with Bonnie Raitt occasionally touring with him as a headliner.
