The episode opened up with Frank and some other man talking about completing a certain task. Frank walked through the freighter and came upon a woman named Regina (she said her name) but she did not see him coming so she was scared. Regina was seen reading a book on survival techniques.

Right after Frank got done talking to Regina, he went to go see Sayid and Desmond since he and his men were holding them captive. He brought them food and they got to talking about George Minkowski, the man that was restrained to a bed on the freighter and Sayid and Desmond had released him. Sayid told Frank that he did not have anything to do with Minkowski's death and Frank responded by saying that the captain was not happy that Sayid got out of the radio room. Sayid replied that he did not bust out since the door was open.

In Sun's first scene in this episode, she was sitting by a fire and Jin came over to talk to her. He noticed that she looked depressed and he asked Sun what was wrong. She replied that Desmond and Sayid had been gone, for three days, and they had not returned and she was worried.

Jin tried to set Sun's mind at ease, over Desmond and Sayid, and he finally said that he and Sun had better things to talk about than those two. Sun asked him what they should talk about and Jin suggested they come up with some names for their baby. Sun reminded Jin that it was bad luck to discuss baby names before the baby was born.

Sun's first flash forward saw her in her home, in Korea, and she started to panic when something appeared to be going wrong with her pregnancy. She fell down, on her bed, and dialed for emergency services. She asked the operator to send an ambulance since she was pregnant and felt something was wrong.

In Jin's first flashback, near the beginning of the episode, we saw him go into a store in Korea to purchase something for Sun. He decided to get her a huge stuffed panda bear and then he left to go back home to Sun. In the very next scene, we went back to the island in the present day, where Sun woke up Jin to tell him Kate and Jack were back.

Desmond was asleep and he woke up and Sayid wished him a good morning. Sayid told Desmond that he had hoped the men resolved the issues they had with the kitchen. Right after this, someone slipped a note, in Sayid and Desmond's room, and the note said that Ben claimed he had a spy on the freighter.

She instructed Sun to remove her jewelry and informed her that was hospital procedure so it would not get stuck in the case of swelling. Sun did not want her ring taken but the nurse promised her that nothing would happen to it. Sun gave her ring to the nurse.

Jin and Sun were about to go leave, for another part of the island, and Juliet tried to stop them. Juliet warned Sun that it was a bad idea for her to just leave since her pregnancy was in critical condition. Sun and Jin started to take off and that was when Juliet told Jin that Sun had an affair with another man. Juliet also said that Sun thought the other man was the baby's father. Sun went right up to Juliet and slapped her in the face.
