Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The title of the episode, "Sabrosito", came from a gift that Hector Salamanca had presented to Don Eladio. What was Sabrosito?

Answer: Bobble-head doll

Hector Salamanca went to see Don Eladio to tell him about his new enterprise, an ice cream company located in Michoacan, Mexico. He brought along Ximenez, who was the driver for the company. The enterprise also came with an ice cream shop in Albuquerque which Hector named after Don Eladio - "El Griego Guinador" - the winking Greek.

After informing Don Eladio of this, Hector had Ximenez present Don Eladio with a gift which turned out to be a bobble-head doll. It was a bowl of ice cream dressed as a Greek with the name "Sabrosito" written on it. Don Eladio pointed out that it didn't look like him because it was fat.
2. Along with his henchman Arturo, who accompanied Hector Salamanca on his intimidating visit to Los Pollos Hermanos?

Answer: Nacho

It had been a while since we had seen Nacho. In his first appearance this season, Nacho and Arturo stood guard while Hector wandered around in the restaurant, intimidating customers and staff. When Arturo tried to block a customer and her child from leaving, Nacho shook his head at Arturo, and Arturo let them pass.

When Gus Fring arrived at the restaurant, Nacho told him that Hector was waiting in his (Gus's) office. "I know where he is", Gus said coldly.
3. After Gus Fring sent his employees home, he went to see Hector Salamanca who had made himself at home in Gus's office. What did Hector order Gus to do?

Answer: Transport Hector's product

Hector was sitting at Gus's desk, smoking a cigar. He also put his feet on the desk and scrapped off debris from the bottom of his shoe onto the desk. Calm as always, Gus told Hector that his actions that day had endangered Gus's "civilian" employees and the interests of the cartel. "I am the cartel, and from now on, you are my mule", replied Hector, "You are going to bring my product north".

When Gus said that his trucks were "already at maximum capacity", Hector responded, "Make room". After Hector and his goons left, Gus proceeded to clean up the restaurant.

At one point, he tossed a ball of trash into a bin, and a smile crept onto his face. Perhaps he had a solution for the Hector problem.
4. When Gus Fring's goon, Victor, drove up to the courthouse parking lot booth and gave Mike a paper bag filled with cash, what did Mike do with the money?

Answer: Threw it back in the vehicle

Mike opened the bag and took the money out. He then put it back in the bag and roll the bag back up. When Victor pulled up to the exit and asked Mike to let him out, Mike handed him the bag and said, "Tell him we're square". Victor said, "What? No", so Mike threw the bag into Victor's SUV.

He then opened the gate and Victor drove off. Gus later came to see Mike himself: "You sent back the payment we agreed upon". "What I did, I didn't do for you", responded Mike. Gus told him that Mike's actions had "benefited me more than you can know". Mike told him he was "just glad to have Salamanca" out of his head. Gus then said that maybe Mike would consider working for him in the future to which Mike responded: "Could be. That would depend on the work".
5. When Gus Fring rallied his employees the day after Hector Salamanca's visit, what did he tell them about Hector and his men?

Answer: They used to shake him down for money in Mexico

Gus had to explain who Hector was, so when he arrived at the restaurant while the staff was prepping for the day, he called them together. He first apologized "to each and every one of you who yesterday had to endure the behavior of those men". He offered them counseling if needed and told them that they would be receiving 24 hours of overtime for the ordeal.

When the assistant manager Lyle asked Gus who the men were, Gus told them that back when he opened his first Los Pollos Hermanos in Michoacan, he had to pay those men to keep his business open - that's how business was done there.

He said that when the men showed up the day before, they also wanted money, but he refused to pay them because this was the U.S. The employees were apparently convinced his speech was true because they applauded him.
6. While Jimmy was typing his confession for the pre-prosecution diversion hearing, Kim was calling her way through the yellow pages. What was she trying to find?

Answer: The company that Chuck had hired to repair the door

Kim was calling contractors and repairmen to confirm the time that they were repairing Chuck's door. She told them that she couldn't read her own handwriting and apologized if she had the wrong company: "I thought it was you guys. Guess I was wrong. Thanks anyways".

She had already crossed off several companies before she finally found the firm that Chuck had hired: Martin's Handyman and Repairs. The appointment was for 2:30 tomorrow, and Kim told them to cancel the appointment. She then presented a post-it note to Jimmy with the information. "No! Really?" Jimmy said.

When he asked how many calls it had taken, Kim said, "I lost track". Kim asked Jimmy if he had the right guy for the job, to which Jimmy responded, "the creme de la creme".
7. What item did Mike use to keep Chuck away while he was working in Chuck's house?

Answer: Power drill

Mike finally met Chuck. Chuck let Mike in the house without requiring that Mike put his things in the mail box, but he was dismayed that Mike had power tools. When Mike asked "where do I plug in?", Chuck was a bit exasperated and said that his assistant had made it clear to the dispatcher that there was no electricity due to Chuck's condition. So Mike pulled out his battery-operated drill and gave it a whirl: "No problem. Good thing I charged my battery - I'd be going at it like Fred Flintstone otherwise".

When Chuck protested that he wanted no power tools, Mike said that it would "turn a morning job into two days with me, myself and Ben-Gay". Chuck opted to allow the power drill, but it bothered him so he left the room. Mike continued to whirl the drill until Chuck finally had to go upstairs.

When he heard Chuck coming back to the room, he whirled the drill again, and Chuck left. With Chuck gone, he focused on his real reason for being there: Photographing the house. He also copied something from Chuck's address book which Jimmy had requested.

He did however also fix the door, later telling Jimmy: "Nice to fix something for once".
8. At the hearing to finalize the pre-prosecution diversion, what did prosecutor Kyra Hay require Jimmy to do before the deal was finalized?

Answer: Apologize to Chuck

Hay told Jimmy that although "your brother may be satisfied, but I am not. The confession you've written is adequate, but frankly, I sense a lack of remorse". She told Jimmy that she wanted to hear him apologize to Chuck. "Now?" asked Jimmy. "Yes, Mr. McGill, Now", said Hay. Jimmy then proceeded to give Chuck an acceptable apology, stating that he was wrong to break down the door even if he was provoked, and he regretted the things he said because Chuck was his brother, "and no one should treat his own brother like that, not ever".
9. What item did Chuck want included in the amount of restitution at the pre-prosecution diversion hearing?

Answer: The cost of the cassette tape

At the hearing, Chuck mentioned the cassette tape several times. Jimmy's confession stated that he had damaged Chuck's property; Chuck wanted it changed to "destroyed a cassette tape" but on Howard's recommendation, settled for "destroyed item of personal property".

When Jimmy wanted to write a check for the amount of the restitution, which was originally listed as $321, Howard, at Chuck's urging, interrupted and said that the amount "didn't represent a full accounting". Chuck then said that the correct amount was $323.98 which included the cost of the cassette tape, "which was destroyed".
10. As they were leaving the pre-prosecution diversion hearing at the end of the episode, what did Kim get Chuck to admit?

Answer: There was another tape

Jimmy left the hearing quickly, but Kim stopped Howard and Chuck as they were leaving to tell them that she was filing a motion to suppress the tape from the Bar hearing. "The tape that Jimmy destroyed", asked Howard. Kim told Chuck that she knew there was a duplicate: "You knew Jimmy was going to break in. You wanted him to.

There was no way you were going to let him destroy the only copy of that tape so you made a duplicate". Howard tried to end the conversation, but Chuck jumped in: "Actually Jimmy destroyed the duplicate.

The original is under lock and key and in due time, it will be put into evidence for your review". He also told her that regardless of her motion, "that tape will be played". When she met up with Jimmy, and he asked, "Well?", she replied with a smile, "Bingo".
