While Nate and Eliot were seen in Rucker's gym shortly after the golf match, they were originally introduced during the golf outing. Hardison had Nate use specially designed golf balls intended to improve Nate's game and destroy any chance of Rucker winning the outing.

Eliot explained that MMA fighters are some of the best trained and conditioned athletes available, and he also said that MMA fighting was all about precision, technique, and skill. Parker and Hardison demonstrated MMA fighting to Sophie; Parker was the dominating aggressor who punched, grappled, and partially suffocated Hardison in a choke hold throughout the course of the demo.

In order for them to infiltrate the Triana concert, Nate stranded the real producer's limo in the middle of the country while Hardison assumed his role in the production trailer. Rucker was at the Triana show as well and it was the perfect time for Sophie to reel him in on buying into their fake MMA tv production deal.

When confronted with the reality of chicken fried steak Sophie called the hotel's front desk and complained, saying that "meat should never be used as an adjective." Later on she questioned Parker on how one could "peel a pig," presumably to create pork rinds.

However, by the end of the episode she was shown enjoying a snack of pork rinds which, in England, are referred to as pork scratchings.

Answer: tailback for the Cornhuskers

While Parker continued to eat her bag of pork rinds, Hardison simply responded with, "I don't even know what a Cornhusker is." Even though people mistook him for the team's tailback, Hardison was actually backstage posing as Todd Lawrence, the producer who Nate had abandoned earlier that day.

Their cover story worked perfectly well but, what they did not know was, Rucker's assistant had a cousin named Jimmy who also lived in South Dakota. The assistant contacted his cousin and asked for background information on "Bill Wells" and found that no one had ever heard of him. Even worse, Rucker's and his assistant had a friend at the team's hotel, and she told them that Nate had been visited by Jack Howorth.

This blew their cover and forced them to change the game plan both dramatically and quickly.

Answer: drugged water bottles

Unfortunately Mark was not prepared for a drugged water bottle, but because Mark's father had told the team about what Rucker had done to him, they were able to find the drugged bottle Rucker had left for Eliot. They swapped the water bottles prior to the fight and only made it look like Eliot had been drugged.

After Rucker thought that Tank was dead he gathered up all of the money he could find and fled the gym. After he left, the ring doctor, Jon told the team that Tank was fine and would be waking up any minute; Jon had given him an injection of succinylcholine, which is a short term paralytic.

It turned out that Jon was in on the con, not only because he was an honest man, but also because he was also Jack Howorth's cousin.

Answer: guns and saxophone

Parker was shown going into a gun store and telling the owner, "I need guns. $6000 worth. And one of those..." She pointed offscreen to an item she additionally bought but it wasn't shown to the viewer until after Rucker had been pulled over and was having his car searched by the police.

Answer: tax evasion

The team explained to the Howorths that Rucker had been pocketing all of the money from the uninsured fights in his gym without reporting any of it to the I.R.S. Rucker had made his assistant bet all of his assets and money on Tank's victory and then lost everything when he was lead to believe that Tank was truly dead. Fortunately, Hardison intercepted the bet online and came out as a huge winner with Eliot's victory.

The team gave the majority of the winnings and the entire gym facility to the Howorths, which I always thought was a nice touch.
