1. In episode one - "From Prussia With Love" - what is Del trying to sell to Mike in the Nag's Head?

Answer: Cordless telephone

Del and Rodney meet Anna, a heavily pregnant German girl, in the Nag's Head. Rodney invites her to stay with them, instead of her being out on the streets. Anna was an au pair for a rich family, but the son of the house made her pregnant, and then denied it.

She plans to have the baby adopted and go back to Germany. Del persuades Anna to let Boycie and Marlene (who can't have a family of their own) adopt the baby - money for Del, and money for Anna too. Del promises Boycie that Anna is having a boy, but Anna gives birth to a girl, and it is revealed that the wealthy family were West Indian.
2. In episode two - "Miracle of Peckham" - what is the name of the hospice which is going to be closed down?

Answer: Saint Mary's

Del pays a rare visit to the church, in this very funny episode. While chatting to Father O'Keith, he learns that the local hospice, where both his Mum and his Grandad had been cared for, is going to be shut down unless the church can raise £185,000. Just as Del leaves the church, he sees a real miracle.

The statue of the Virgin Mary is weeping holy tears. Del has persuaded the priest that this miracle needs publicising - something that could go a long way towards raising funds for St Mary's renovations. Father O'Keith reluctantly agrees, and Del gets Rodney to alert the national press.

They do well with the fund raising, but Father O'Keith is puzzled that the miracle only occurs when it is raining. It is revealed that the church has a leaking roof; this is how the miracle works. And of course, Del has something to do with the missing tiles from the roof.
3. In episode three - "The Longest Night" - what is the name of the man who is head of security at Top Buy Superstores?

Answer: Tom

The Trotters are doing the usual weekly shop when they are escorted to the manager's office; the security guard believed that they were leaving without paying for the shopping. Shortly after, Tom brings another shoplifter, Lennox Gilbey, into the manager's office. Lennox promptly pulls out a gun and demands money from the safe.

Unfortunately, the safe is on a time-lock and due to the dodgy watch Lennox is wearing, he's 15 minutes later than he planned. The safe doesn't open until 8am the next morning. Del realises that he sold the dodgy watch to Lennox, and that he also knew him as a kid.

It is revealed that the plan was hatched by Tom and the supermarket manager to get at the money in the safe. Del arranges for Lennox to get a job as security guard at the supermarket after Tom's retirement, and then makes sure he wins a £1,000 prize as the millionth customer in the store.
4. In episode 4 - "Tea for Three" - when Del and Rodney go hand gliding with Trigger's niece, Lisa, what is the name of the flying instructor?

Answer: Andy

Lisa, Trigger's niece, has changed a lot since Rodney and Del last saw her. Del and Rodney fancy her, Del is very unfair, he tries to better his chances by tampering with the sun bed controls, while Rodney is underneath it. Rodney gets his own back. Rodney hears that Lisa likes hang-gliding, and as a surprise for his 46th birthday, he arranges for Del to have a go. Del and Rodney head off to meet Lisa's friends for a spot of hang-gliding.

Not wanting to lose face, Del reluctantly agrees to try it out, and after launching himself into the air; he disappears for over 12 hours.
5. In episode five - "Video Nasty" - what is the name of Rodney's tutor at his evening class?

Answer: Mr Stevens

Rodney's Art Class is given a £10,000 grant to make a film about the local community. Mickey Pearce is helping Del by filming different couples' weddings at £50 a time - and he has also managed to persuade half the neighbourhood to pay £10 for the opportunity of becoming a movie extra. Mickey is also making a home movie called "Night Nurse", starring his girlfriend, Amanda, The film is of a adult nature and its premiere is in the back room of the Nag's Head.
6. In episode six - "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" - what did Jumbo Mills and Del use to run, when they were partners?

Answer: A fish stall

This was originally planned to be the last episode with Del leaving to go to Australia. Del's old friend, Jumbo Mills, who emigrated to Australia many years ago, is back in Peckham on a flying visit. Jumbo offers Del and his family the chance of the lifetime, to move to Australia, to help run his firm.

However, Uncle Albert says he has done enough travelling, and Rodney's criminal record will not let him go to Australia. Del reluctantly admits that blood is thicker than water, and decides to stay in Peckham.
7. In the 1986 Christmas special - "A Royal Flush" - which opera does Rodney take Vicky to see?

Answer: Carmen

Rodney meets Vicky; a seemingly impoverished artist who it transpires is the daughter of the Duke of Maylebury. Having obtained a pair of tickets to the sold-out production of Carmen, Rodney seems to have deeply impressed Vicky. She is less taken by the presence of Del and his peroxide blonde date. Vicky then invites Rodney to a party at the Duke's country home, and it seems romance may be on the cards, until Del turns up drunk.
8. In the 1987 Christmas special - "The Frog's Legacy" - how much [in pounds] does Del say the computer will cost, to Mike, the owner of the Nag's Head?

Answer: 150

The Rajah computers are faulty. Del manages to get Rodney a job with Mr Jahan. Rodney doesn't know he is working for a funeral directors until he starts work. At the wedding of Trigger's niece, the Trotters hear the tale of Freddy the Frog, a bank robber and close friend of the boys' mother.

He left everything in his will to their mum, including missing gold bullion. While Del hunts for treasure, Rodney puzzles over Freddy and his mother's 'friendship' - and a son who would by now be Rodney's age.
9. In the 1988 Christmas special - "Dates" - what colour shirt is Trigger wearing when he goes to meet his blind date?

Answer: Purple

Del and Rodney organise a surprise party at the Nag's Head, for Uncle Albert's birthday. Everyone is amazed when Trigger joins a dating agency. Del also joins the Technomatch Dating Agency, under the name Derek Duval. He is paired with a Raquel Turner.
10. Finally, in "Dates", who do Jevron and Mickey set Rodney up on a date with?

Answer: Nerys

Her nickname is "Nervous Nerys". She is terrified when Rodney takes her for a drive in the three-wheeler and run into some punks. Del is getting along well with Raquel, she is an unemployed actress. But, to Del's shock and embarrassment, Raquel turns up at Uncle Albert's party, as the strip-o-gram.

She was too embarrassed to tell Del what she did in the evening and leaves Peckham for an acting job in Addis Ababa. Del gets in trouble with the police because Rodney was speeding in the three-wheeler, and is too late to stop Raquel leaving. Raquel will reappear in the next Christmas special, "The Jolly Boy's Outing". Look out for another "Only Fools" quiz soon!
