Cartman and his mother were pulled into Mr. Mackey's office to discuss his behavior. He apologized, though not at all sincerely, for his crime: "Okay, I'm sorry I handcuffed Billy Turner's ankle to a flagpole and then gave him a hacksaw. And then told him I had poisoned his lunch milk and that the only way he could get to the antidote in time would be to saw through his leg." Cartman's mom chastised him for his behavior, but he defended himself: "Well, he called me chubby!" Mr. Mackey suggested that the school wasn't able to help Cartman any more and that his behavioral problems started at home, ultimately suggesting the show 'Nanny 911'.

Answer: spit in her mouth

Nanny Stella was trying to enforce discipline by confiscating Cartman's X-Box and giving him a time-out. He didn't seem to understand the idea of the "time-out stool," so she knelt down to "talk to him on his level." When Cartman claimed that he'd just get off the stool as soon as she moved, Nanny Stella countered that she'd just remain there for the duration of his time-out.

However, when Cartman spit directly into Nanny Stella's mouth, she was shocked and recoiled, allowing Cartman to retrieve his video game.

Answer: she never had children

Nanny Stella was trying to use psychology on Cartman, but he turned the tables:
Nanny Stella: "Eric, can I just talk to you for a quick second? Why are you so angry?"
Cartman: "Because you took my X-Box."
Nanny Stella: "Is this about more than your video game? Are you feeling angry at me because you think I'm here to change your life?"
Cartman: "Well, yeah."
Nanny Stella: "And you're feeling like I have no right to come in and tell you how to live."
Cartman: "Yeah. I guess so."
Nanny Stella: [to Cartman's mom] "See this? You have to take the time to talk to your children about their feelings." [to Cartman] "What else are you feeling, Eric?"
Cartman: "Well, I'm feeling confused, because I don't understand why you became a nanny."
Nanny Stella: "Me? Well, because I love children, like you."
Cartman: "Right, but... if you love children so much, how come you're not a mommy?"
Nanny Stella: "Oh, I just never had kids."
Cartman: "Why not?"
Nanny Stella: "It... just... didn't happen."
Cartman: "You're sterile, is that it? No, that's too convenient of an excuse. The truth is, nobody ever wanted to have babies with you. Isn't that it? Always the mom's maid and never the mom? Must be hard on you, knowing that the years are ticking away, your friends all getting married and all the while your uterus is slowly shriveling away, drying up, becoming totally worthless."
Nanny Stella: "Why you, you... you little [beast]! How dare you?"
Liane: "Eric, naughty."
Nanny Stella: [picking Eric up by the collar] "What kind of monster would -"
Cartman: "Yes, let the anger come! Strike me down while you can! But it won't make your dried-up ovaries any more fertile!"
Nanny Stella dropped Cartman and exited the screen, telling Mrs. Cartman to find herself "another nanny... television show."

Answer: take him on walks

Cesar showed up and immediately started demonstrating his dominance over "the child." He told Liane, "I think the first thing we need to work on is getting the child some exercise. He's fat and he has all this pent-up energy that [...] we need to let him burn off." Soon enough the threesome was outside, with Cesar practically dragging Cartman by a leash and harness! Cesar explained to Liane, "I am the one going for a walk.

It's about me; the child is lucky to come along."

Answer: Kentucky Fried Chicken

Cesar ate the chicken in front of Cartman, not giving him any. He explained to Liane, "I am going to eat first, because that is what the pack leader does." As Cartman bounced around the twosome, begging for food, Cesar explained, "I am not going to acknowledge the child's attempt at aggressive dominant behavior." Then he had Liane follow his lead and eat some of the chicken, telling her that they wouldn't feed Cartman "until he's in a calm submissive behavior." Of course, before he could reach that state, Cartman stormed upstairs to his room, threatening to run away.

First he went to Stan's house and asked Stan, Kyle, Butters and Kenny. They all refused to help him, Butters even saying that he couldn't help because his parents wouldn't let him "bring homeless people home anymore." Cartman also go turned down by Jimmy and Craig, and resigned himself to living on the street. However, after only a few hours in a rainy alley, Cartman returned home.

Answer: knife

Cartman had worked out a plan for his friends to shoot his mom, but they all refused to participate. Not one to be deterred, he snuck into her room with a knife and a roll of paper towels. Climbing on top of her sleeping body, though, his conscience started to get the best of him and he wasn't able to go through with it.

Liane awoke to find Cartman in the kitchen eating a healthy breakfast and studying before school. She was understandably shocked, but also pleased.

Answer: Madame Butterfly

He arrived at the house to check on Cartman's progress and Liane told him that the "change in personality" had happened. She thanked Cesar, then told him, "to show my gratitude I've got two tickets for you and me to see 'Madame Butterfly' this Friday night." Cesar turned her down, saying his work was done and he had to get back to Los Angeles.

Answer: Mega Ranger

After Cesar told her they weren't friends, Liane decided she needed her son to be her friend after all and asked him to go to the show with her. He said he needed to work on a science project with his friends, so Liane offered to take him to KFC after the show and to Target where she'd buy him a Mega Ranger. Cartman thought for a moment before asking, "Could I... perhaps have... two Mega Rangers?" Liane agreed to the terms and hugged her son and Cartman smiled over his victory at getting his mom back.
