"Star Trek: Picard" S1:E10 Trivia Quiz

The synthetic butterflies are shown quite often in the scenes on the planet of Coppelius. They were designed by Altan Inigo Soong and they are seen interacting with Agnes, Picard and Soji.

Throughout "Star Trek: Picard", Picard's character often tells others that they have to have a sense of imagination to solve difficult and seemingly impossible problems. Soji is initially unable to see of a way around signaling the other synthetic lifeforms via the message found in the Admonition. Picard tells Soji not to let the Romulans be right about her being the prophesied 'Destroyer'.

When Narek makes it back to the Artifact, he and his sister, Narissa, are both surprised to see each other alive. Narek grabs 12 molecular solvent grenades and tells Narissa that he plans to use them to destroy the 'Orchids' that help protect the planet of Coppelius from invaders.

After Narek leaves his sister and the Artifact with the grenades he runs to La Sirena. To get the attention of Rios and Raffi he throws rocks at the ship so they will listen to what he has to say. Surprisingly, he tells them that he wants to help them by not allowing Soji to set off the beacon warning other synthetic lifeforms.

The three (and Picard) believe that a war between synthetic lifeforms and organic life would cause the end of organic lifeforms.

Answer: Ganmadan

Narek explains to Rios and Raffi that ancestral Romulans refer to the Day of Annihilation as Gamadon that shares elements of the Norse Ragnarok and the Biblical Judgment Day. Rather than believing Gamadon to be a prophecy, Narek believes that Gamadon is a historical story and that history repeats itself.

Rios and Raffi walk back to Synthville acting as if they are transporting Narek back as a prisoner. As they walk in their weapons are confiscated but the synthetic lifeforms allow Rios to bring in his soccer ball. Of course they are unaware that the soccer ball has a grenade inside intended to destroy the beacon.

Answer: She takes Saga's eyeball and uses it on the retinal scanner.

Saga was a synthetic lifeform that had been killed by Sutra in a prior episode. Dr. Altan Inigo Soong had been working on Saga when Dr. Agnes Jurati convinced him to leave the room to try and decrypt some files. After he leaves, Jurati takes out Saga's eye so that she can use it on the retinal scanner to gain access to Picard's room to set him free.

Answer: Seven of Nine

Narissa is trying to power up the Artifact (Borg Cube) to get its weapons operational when she is confronted by Seven of Nine. Narissa is eventually kicked off of a ledge by Seven of Nine who comments "This is for Hugh". In a prior episode Narissa had killed Hugh, the project leader on the Artifact.

Answer: Picard Manuever

Realizing that he is dying, Picard pilots La Sirena to directly challenge the incoming Romulan army led by Commander Oh. Jurati tells Picard that they are greatly outnumbered and that they need a miracle. Picard uses the tool provided to them by Arcana to create a massive diversion known as Picard's Maneuver to make it appear that there were hundreds of other ships.

Answer: Will Riker

Picard had met Will Riker earlier in the season and Riker had informed him that he is affiliated with Starfleet in a reserve capacity. After Picard sent a distress call to Starfleet, Riker mobilized the Federation's firepower to stop the Romulan invasion of Coppelius.

After Commander Oh and the Romulan army leave, Soji decides to destroy the beacon. Picard succumbs to his brain abnormality but he is eventually brought back to life as a synthetic lifeform by Jurati and Soong.
