Question 1 of 10
1. The Hag's appearance speaks for itself as she looks like she was born for the horror genre. Her melee weapon of choice supplements this status. What is it? Hint

Question 2 of 10
2. The Hag's power is the Blackened Catalyst. With it, she can set and maintain up to ten Phantasm Traps. What happens when a Survivor steps into a Phantasm trap, assuming no add-ons would modify or change it? Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. A perceptive Survivor may manage to spot The Hag's traps or may see her place them and know where they are. They then have two ways to get around the traps, assuming The Hag would not have any add-ons to counter them. One of them is crouch walking, which will not trigger the Phantasm Trap. The other way is more direct, and can completely remove the trap from play. What item must a Survivor have to do this? Hint

Question 4 of 10
4. Every Killer in the game receives three unique teachable perks which they may acquire and give to other Killers. The Hag's first perk is a Hex perk, capable of quickly spreading blindness to Survivors by hitting them. What is it? Hint

Question 5 of 10
5. The Hag's second teachable perk was, historically, one of the most infamous crutch perks of all time and was viewed as essential to the success of virtually any Killer until it was reworked. Following the reworking, it became a Hex perk which greatly regresses a generator not being worked on by a Survivor. What is it? Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. The Hag's third and final teachable perk is the embodiment of high risk/reward. This vicious Hex perk is capable of creating a large, chaotic snowball that could win entire games by itself, by even enabling the Killer to start killing Survivors by their own hand. What is it? Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. This Iridescent add-on for The Hag changes the dynamic of how she plays completely. It significantly restrains her map mobility, in exchange for applying the Hindered status effect to Survivors who trigger her traps and improving her movement speed. What add-on is this? Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. This devious Iridescent add-on can allow the Hag to basically camp the entirety of the map without any of the drawbacks that actual camping would impose, at a minor expense of now having a small cooldown in between teleportations. Specifically, it allows her to teleport to one of her traps without needing it to be triggered. What add-on is this? Hint

Question 9 of 10
9. Most Killers have one add-on which hinders their actual ability to function in exchange for giving them more Bloodpoints. The Hag's add-on in that regard causes her traps to collide with Survivors, and significantly restrains her map mobility in exchange for much more Bloodpoints. What is it? Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. Many Killers in the game have what is called 115% movement speed, their speed advantage over Survivors that helps them run them down. Does the Hag have 115% movement speed?

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The Hag's appearance speaks for itself as she looks like she was born for the horror genre. Her melee weapon of choice supplements this status. What is it?

Answer: The Claw

Unlike other Killers, when the Hag is on cooldown from striking a Survivor, she drinks the blood left behind from striking them off the tip of her fingers. That's seriously grotesque.
2. The Hag's power is the Blackened Catalyst. With it, she can set and maintain up to ten Phantasm Traps. What happens when a Survivor steps into a Phantasm trap, assuming no add-ons would modify or change it?

Answer: The Hag can teleport to the trap if triggered close enough to her

This is the crux of The Hag, the ability to maintain excellent map control with her traps. They also provide one hell of a jump scare, so that's a nice cherry on top.

Answer: Flashlight

By shining the flashlight on the Phantasm Trap, it will fade away and the Hag cannot use it until re-set. This can be useful for getting hook saves on a Survivor whom the Hag set numerous traps around, and can be good for stopping the Hag from teleporting back to the hook to cause you more harm.
4. Every Killer in the game receives three unique teachable perks which they may acquire and give to other Killers. The Hag's first perk is a Hex perk, capable of quickly spreading blindness to Survivors by hitting them. What is it?

Answer: Hex: The Third Seal

By simply striking a Survivor, the Killer using this perk applies the Blindness status effect to them. This status effect negates aura reading perks and prevents Survivors from seeing auras in general, with some exceptions. They will still be able to see Jigsaw boxes, Pools of Devotion, Alarm Clocks, Cages of Atonement, and other Killer related structures which are considered to be crucial to be able to see by the game.

They'll also be able to temporarily see the big yellow and black circle which surrounds a hooked Survivor, though they'll not be able to see the Survivor dangling from the hook once the circle fades away.
5. The Hag's second teachable perk was, historically, one of the most infamous crutch perks of all time and was viewed as essential to the success of virtually any Killer until it was reworked. Following the reworking, it became a Hex perk which greatly regresses a generator not being worked on by a Survivor. What is it?

Answer: Hex: Ruin

For the longest time, Ruin was easily one of the best, most defining Killer perks in the game. Many, many, many balance patches released over a long span of time helped to make it so that Ruin could be reworked to still be effective, but also healthy and not as absolutely mandatory to use. Following the rework, Ruin remained a very effective perk particularly for high mobility Killers, such as the Hillbilly, Nurse or Blight, who could do a good job chasing Survivors off of generators.
6. The Hag's third and final teachable perk is the embodiment of high risk/reward. This vicious Hex perk is capable of creating a large, chaotic snowball that could win entire games by itself, by even enabling the Killer to start killing Survivors by their own hand. What is it?

Answer: Hex: Devour Hope

By hooking a Survivor and moving at least 32 meters away, the Killer will gain one token when they are unhooked. Upon reaching two tokens, the Killer will briefly gain the Haste status effect shortly after hooking someone. At three tokens, the Killer places all Survivors into the Exposed status condition, making them one-hit downs.

At five tokens, the Killer may begin killing Survivors by their own hand, as if utilizing a Memento Mori. These effects remain in play until the Hex totem is cleansed.
7. This Iridescent add-on for The Hag changes the dynamic of how she plays completely. It significantly restrains her map mobility, in exchange for applying the Hindered status effect to Survivors who trigger her traps and improving her movement speed. What add-on is this?

Answer: Waterlogged Shoe

Removing The Hag's ability to teleport is largely a hindrance that makes using this add-on in a strategy difficult to effectively do. Inflicting Survivors with Hindered and improving the Hag's movement speed is not enough to compensate against skillful Survivor teams, so it does rely on poor play from the opposing team.

Answer: Mint Rag

Ordinarily, the Hag relies on Survivors triggering her traps in order to teleport to them. With Mint Rag, however, the Hag can freely teleport to her traps, with a modest cooldown being the only deterrent. By placing a trap near a hooked Survivor, the Hag can wait for them to be unhooked, then teleport to them and apply immediate pressure on both players involved.

This pairs wonderfully with the Make Your Choice perk, as the Hag can arrive immediately and deal a quick one-hit down to the rescuer.
9. Most Killers have one add-on which hinders their actual ability to function in exchange for giving them more Bloodpoints. The Hag's add-on in that regard causes her traps to collide with Survivors, and significantly restrains her map mobility in exchange for much more Bloodpoints. What is it?

Answer: Scarred Hand

This add-on stops the Hag from teleporting to any of her traps in exchange for tripling the amount of Bloodpoints she gains in the Deviousness category.
10. Many Killers in the game have what is called 115% movement speed, their speed advantage over Survivors that helps them run them down. Does the Hag have 115% movement speed?

Answer: No

The Hag moves at a speed of 4.4 m/sec, which is 110%, not 115%, movement speed. She can still run down Survivors without too much difficulty, but tends to rely on her traps to do the heavy lifting in that regard more often than not.
