Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In which area of Sanctuary Fortress do we need to remember a colour code to advance?

Answer: Minigyro Chamber

Although all four of these locations are in relatively close proximity to one another, the Minigyro Chamber requires that we memorize a four-colour combination (Amber, Cobalt, Crimson, Emerald) and morph into a ball to deactivate a large, dangerous, spinning gyroscope in the center of the area. Once all four coloured switches have been bombed, we can make our way through the outdoor area and into the Reactor Core of the fortress which contains some of the larger robots that guard the area.
2. Where are we if we're fighting the Spider Guardian?

Answer: Dynamo Works

The Spider Guardian hides out in the Dynamo Works, a room spectacular merely for the fact that it's comprised entirely of Spider tracks and narrow corridors, forcing us to fight the entire battle in Morph Ball mode. The boss can be beaten with a series of Morph Ball Bombs and energy conduits, but it's the matter of navigating these intricate pathways that makes the battle all the more difficult.

As long as we avoid hitting this sub-guardian's seemingly-impenetrable forcefield, the battle should go off without a hitch. Defeating the Spider Guardian will result in our finding of the Spider Ball.
3. Where could we if we can't claim a Missile Expansion in our current location?

Answer: Mining Access (Agon Wastes)

If we're travelling to Torvus Bog for the first time, the Missile Expansion found in the Transport to Agon Wastes is an easy one to get a hold of. Simply shooting a weak point on a certain wall near the elevator and the cliff, the path will open to an easy five Missiles.
Portal Access A is a uniquely constructed room in Agon Wastes (behind Mining Station A). If we shoot over to the side nearest the Portal Terminal we can find the Missile Expansion behind the dead soldier's body.
The Hydrodynamo Station is a room visited more than once in the undertemple of Torvus Bog, and we can find the Missile Expansion in plain sight here. As long as we raise the first segment from the large, central column, we can reach the platform this Expansion is situated on by jumping on a newly-produced ledge.
Although the Mining Access room of Agon Wastes does not contain a Missile Expansion, it does contain an Energy Tank.
4. In which room are we if we're claiming the Echo Visor?

Answer: Aerie

Aerie is a unique room due to the fact that we will fight Dark Samus for the second time here. As well, the entire room is essentially situated on an elevator that rises into a large, open stadium. Once Dark Samus is defeated, she'll fall through one of the windows, giving us the opportunity to walk out onto the precarious ledges to find an oddly-placed Dark Portal. Walking into this, we can explore the Hive Summit and revert back into Light Aether to get our final visor.
Aerie is found at the highest possible point of Sanctuary Fortress while Hive Summit is in the Ing Hive.
5. Where are we if we're obtaining J-Stl's Lore information (and possibly searching for his key)?

Answer: Central Mining Station

Although all of these places are located within Agon Wastes in the light side of Aether, the Sky Temple Keys are only found in Dark Aether. B-Stl is the Luminoth found behind the forcefield in the Central Mining Station (known as the Battleground in Dark Aether), and his corpse is found in the same area as a Beam Ammo Expansion (lucky, eh?). Coincidentally, we can find B-Stl's Key in the Dark Aether version of the Main Reactor (in the Space Pirate fortress).

There are nine Sky Temple Keys we need to find in the game, but luckily, one is in the very place it needs to be.
6. Where are we if we're connected to the Judgment Pit?

Answer: Warrior's Walk

Warrior's Walk will also connect us directly to the Battleground in the opposite direction. The Judgment Pit is the home of the Space Jump Boots when we visit it the first time, and otherwise, it's a fairly common crossroads during our journeys through Dark Agon Wastes.

In Light Aether, Judgment Pit is known as Mining Station A. Here, we can come across a Missile Expansion. We can find one Missile Expansion under the ground in Warrior's Walk if we use a bomb on it.
7. Where are we if we're deep below Torvus Bog?

Answer: Catacombs

While the Transit Station is found within Sanctuary Fortress and the Crossroads are in Dark Agon Wastes, the Catacombs are home to G-Sch's Sky Temple Key...at least in its darker half, known as the Dungeon. Luckily, the room contains a portal, so the transition back and forth is easy enough, but regardless of which side we visit, we'll have to fight a couple of Grenchlers (possibly Dark ones).

The Meditation Vista is the closest in proximity to the Catacombs; it's in the main part of Torvus Bog, and here we can find a portal and an Energy Tank.
8. Where are we if we're using a Wall Jump panel?

Answer: Central Hive West Transport (Ing Hive)

The Central Hive West Transport is originally used to shoot us to the higher levels of Sanctuary Fortress via Morph Ball Cannons, but when we get the Screw Attack power-up and hits this location in Ing Hive, we can ascend to the top of the wall simply by jumping back and forth up these colourful panels.

The Wall Jump Panels will add into our Logbook, and in many cases, once they're found they'll be below a Missile Expansion or power-up, so when we see them we need to take extra care to use them.
9. Where in Agon Wastes are we if we're fighting a Metroid?

Answer: Bioenergy Production

One may have thought that Metroids were somewhat restricted to the sterile labs of Phendrana Drifts on Tallon IV, but they would be wrong. We encounter Metroids a few different times in the game, and fully knowing that they're capable of breaking free of a glass containment unit (right next to exposed Phazon, no less) doesn't help the fact that we will inevitably fight them. Metroids can be killed by concussive damage when they aren't expanding or sucking our energy out.

When we go into Dark Aether, Metroids will appear once more (in Sky Temple Grounds, too), and we need to do more of the same to defeat them, though the Light Beam is much more effective.
10. Where are we if we're returning our Sky Temple Keys?

Answer: Sky Temple Gateway

The Sky Temple Gateway already contains one of the Keys needed to access the temple itself, but we need to travel to the other locations around Aether (and Dark Aether) to find the others. Two are in each of the respective territories (Agon Wastes, Torvus Bog, and Sanctuary Fortress), but three are also on the Sky Temple Grounds. Once all nine are retrieved, we can advance to the final portion of the game. Sky Temple Gateway, in Light Aether, is also the Hall of Honored Dead, where we find the Super Missiles.
