Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In order to claim the 'Explore Moonglade' achievement, how many areas must be explored?

Answer: One

Possibly the shortest area for exploring in the game, players only need to step on the shores of Lake Elune'ara, a relatively easy task for any player entering the zone. Lake Elune'ara, found in the direct center of the zone, is the area's largest feature, and walking anywhere near it will instantly reveal the entirety of the zone's map. By far, this is Kalimdor's smallest zone.

In the Eastern Kingdoms, the Isle of Quel'Danas and Deadwind Pass are the smallest.
2. Druids from Darnassus can fly directly to Moonglade at level 10. Druids from what Horde city can do the same?

Answer: Thunder Bluff

Druids seem to have an attunement to this place, well known for its untouched natural splendor, quiet forests, and serene beauty. Thunder Bluff is the Tauren home city in Mulgore to the south while Darnassus is the Alliance-based home of Night Elves in Teldrassil, an island found to the west off Darkshore. If you don't fly into this area as a druid, there are a couple other ways of getting here. Swimming, for example, is risky and will probably result in your death, but it could end up with you being resurrected in the zone. You'll want to do this from Darkshore to the west.
3. Moonglade is home to which organization?

Answer: The Cenarion Circle

The Cenarion Circle is a far-reaching organization comprised of a number of races and classes, infringing on both factions. Players can gain a number of reputation points from them by completing various tasks around the world though they use Moonglade as their base of operations.

The Cenarion Circle also has the town known as Cenarion Hold in Silithus (to the far, far southwest). The organization has a number of leaders who are known to refute each other on various matters. Most of these characters are druids.
4. Moonglade is a landlocked zone.

Answer: True

The entire zone is formed in the basin of a large (and oddly circular) mountain chain, much like many other zones on different continents. This, however, has a nature of keeping everything elusive and precious inside, making it vastly different from bordering zones and their environments and climates.

Although Moonglade is perhaps one of the northern-most regions in Kalimdor, the mountains are what's bordering the sea to the north, not the zone itself. Darkshore, to the west, does, however, allow players to swim up and over towards Moonglade.
5. What is the name of the only town found in Moonglade?

Answer: Nighthaven

A neutral town, Nighthaven has the usual suspects in terms of NPC traders and such however there are a few anomalies. The flightpaths found here are only for Druid players going back and forth between Darnassus and Thunder Bluff. As well, players will not find an inn here, only a trader of general goods (ie. food and drink). Because of this, there is no location at which one can set their Hearthstone. Most of the quests here are only for Druids, so other players may find little use in visiting here...especially since it doesn't need to be directly explored to be known about.
6. A Shrine for which character can be found in Moonglade?

Answer: Remulos

The Shrine of Remulos is found slightly down the path to Nighthaven in the northwest of the zone. Although he has little impact on newer players in the zone, he does eventually appear in the quest chain which needs to be completed to enter the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj, home to two higher-level instances in Silithus to the southwest of Kalimdor. Additionally, "Wrath of the Lich King" players will find that he has some ties to the Emerald Dream, portals of which are found in various locations around Azeroth.
All of the incorrect answers also have shrines throughout the game.
7. What boss can be found in Lake Elune'ara?

Answer: Omen

Lake Elune'ara is home to only a few things: quests for Druid players, a method of capturing a Druid form, and the demigod boss, Omen. Omen must be summoned using...you guessed it...abundant explosives. Using certain fireworks on the shores of Lake Elune'ara will attract Omen's minions before he finally emerges to fight.

This demigod is regarded as a raid boss, and because he's so difficult it is strongly recommended that you have numerous people attacking him at once. You will be highly unlikely to defeat him solo.

The quest 'Elune's Blessing', given out for the Lunar Festival (at high levels) will ask you to summon and defeat Omen.
8. Clintar Dreamwalker is found in the Stormrage Barrow Dens.

Answer: True

The Stormrage Barrow Dens are found in the eastern portion of the zone, and while most players won't need to come here, higher level players can fight some enemies inside as they emerge from the Emerald Dream. Waking Clintar Dreamwalker is part of an extensive quest chain for players of the "Burning Crusade" expansion pack. Once more, druid players get some love. Waking Clintar will eventually lead players to unlock the Swift Flight Form for themselves.

This in turn will highly increase flight speed in shapeshifted Druid players.
9. Which druid form can not be learned by questing in Moonglade?

Answer: Both of these

Bear Form can be learned as part of a rather short quest chain from respective Druid cities. In order to finish it, you must speak with a friendly Great Bear Spirit in the western mountain range on the map. Aquatic Form (which transforms the player into a sea lion) will be obtained when players complete a quest collecting relics in Lake Elune'ara though patches have made this obsolete; players can pick up the form from most druid trainers at a certain level.

Many later forms simply improve on the effectiveness of earlier shapeshifting forms.

For example, Dire Bear Form, learned at level 40, gives the player more strength and defense.
10. Which other zone does Moonglade physically connect to?

Answer: Felwood

Timbermaw Hold can connect to three different zone: Moonglade, Winterspring, and Felwood. Found in the northernmost point of Felwood, the westernmost point of Winterspring, and the south of Moonglade, this small system of tunnels is run by the Timbermaw Hold and although they'll initially dislike you, you can build up a reputation with them through quests.

They will only attack you if you attack them first. The only way of entering Moonglade on foot is by going through this cave.
