Kyle wanted Kenny to accompany him to Jewbilee so that he'd have more fun, but his parents resisted, explaining, "you have to believe the basic tenets of Judaism to be a Scout." Kyle assured him parents that Kenny would "believe whatever you want him to" and his parents finally relented, but warned Kyle to make sure the elders didn't find out Kenny wasn't a Jew.

Presumably, the chutzpah badge would have been in honor of showing gutsiness. As the evening progressed, though, it became quite clear why they Squirt leader hadn't earned the badge yet!

Answer: The Last Supper

The other Squirts had made simple things like an apple or a triangle, but Ike created a rather vivid replica of Da Vinci's "The Last Supper". The Squirt Leader was not pleased, telling Ike "you don't make a macaroni picture of the Last Supper at a Jewish camp!" However, before he could continue chastising Ike, the group was distracted by a bear rooting through the trash outside.

Answer: soap sculptures

They'd all made the sculptures earlier in the evening, and when they summoned Moses with their chanting at the campfire, the Chief Elder instructed the Scouts to show Moses the "soap sculptures so that he may rejoice and be pleased." One by one, the Scouts stepped up and placed their offerings before Moses.

The Squirts were supposed to present their macaroni pictures as well, by they were too busy dealing with the bear to show up.

Answer: popcorn necklaces

For a wise and experienced leader, Moses seemed to have some rather childish desires, demanding macaroni pictures and popcorn necklaces. However, the Jew Scouts were quick to please and scattered immediately to start stringing the necklaces!

Answer: carrot cake

When Kenny set his finished sculpture before Moses, Moses declared that there was an impurity. The other campers discovered that Kenny wasn't Jewish and the Chief Elder announced his punishment: "You are banished from here. You must leave before the great eating of carrot cake." Kenny was crestfallen but dutifully headed off towards the woods.

Answer: conch shell

He'd read from the Book of Centuries that "the spirit of Moses would finally rest when his spirit was imprisoned by Haman in a conch shell of blind faith." While the other Elders were distracted by Kenny, Elder Garth read from the Book of Haman and successfully trapped Moses in the conch shell, making room for Haman to emerge as a leader of Judaism.

Answer: yes

He started by picking them off one by one, but eventually laid a trap. The bear set out a piece of wood with a Squirt uniform on it and the Squirt leader thought it was one of the missing boys so approached it. After long (very long) thought, the Squirt leader declared it a trap just in time to jump out of the way and watch the rest of the Squirts get pulled into the air in a net and carried off by the bear!

Answer: Kenny

The mother bear brought the conch shell to Kenny and he was struggling to open it as Elder Garth summoned Haman. The conch shell seemed to be virtually indestructible, though, so Kenny finally resorted to cracking it open with his own skull, killing himself in the process!

Answer: Moses killed him

After Moses was freed by Kenny, he floated back to his place above the campfire and fixed a lightning glare on Elder Garth until he exploded in fire and all that remained of him was a crumpled skeleton. Then the Jew Scouts turned their attention to Kenny's corpse and Moses decreed that they would honor the boy's sacrifice by gathering each year with tidings of soap sculptures and macaroni pictures and paper-plate bean shakers decorated with glitter.
