As soon as Butters announced the list's existence, the boys started debating who would be on the bottom of the list. Cartman was convinced it wouldn't be him, suggesting that it might be Craig because of his bad teeth or Kenny because he's poor. Kenny protested the idea, but Cartman explained, "Kenny, face it, girls don't wanna eat Pop Tarts for dinner every night when they get married!" Butters just hoped it wasn't him for fear of being grounded!

Cartman's plan was for Butters to kick Nelly and then they'd steal the list. Of course, when Butters kicked her, she just said "ow" and stood there. Cartman was forced to revise his plan based on the new knowledge that girls don't have certain parts.

He dubbed the new plan Operation: Cannot Possibly Fail a Second Time. Butters was still reeling from the anatomy lesson, asking, "You think maybe girls keep their balls on the inside of their tummies?"

Answer: Token

Clyde was at the top of the list, followed by Token and Stan. Butters was thrilled to find himself at position 11 (out of 16), and Timmy was two spots below Butters. Kyle was crestfallen to find himself absolute last, voted uglier than even Cartman! Stan tried to reassure his friend, but the list sent Kyle into a tailspin.

Sheila first said that Kyle looked just like his father, but Kyle was hardly comforted by this. Then Gerald added that Kyle "has his mother's nose." This seemed to make Kyle miserable, and he turned to Ike for an honest opinion. When Ike didn't respond, Kyle concluded that his whole family thought he was ugly and had never told him.

Off Cartman's suggestion, Kyle joined the other "ugly" kids in the cafeteria. They looked a bit confused by the new addition, but confusion didn't keep one of them from asking for Kyle's pickle. Dejected, Kyle handed it over.

Answer: "Sunshine"

The girls seemed to have adapted Robert's Rules of Order and had developed their own terms for parliamentary procedure. When calling for a vote of sorts, Bebe, as head of the meeting, would ask, "Does that sparkle with all the girls?" If the girls agreed, they'd respond, "Sunshine."

Answer: Abraham Lincoln

Kyle was shocked to see the man's apparition in his bedroom, warning him against burning down the school. Then Lincoln took Kyle on a little trip to show him the consequences of young beauty and ugliness:
Lincoln: "This woman is Nancy Pinkerton. As a child, she was consistently voted the most beautiful girl in her entire school. Her life as a youth was filled with praises, and everything being handed to her. Boys told her she was special, she was funny, she was interesting. But that's only because she was hot. It wasn't until she reached age 40, when her looks started to fade, that she learned she was actually about as interesting and special as a wet carrot. [Moving to the next house.] This is the home of your new ugly friend, Jamal. Because he's ugly, he gets nothing handed to him. He has to work at making something of himself. But that work is gonna pay off when he's an adult. He will have character, something kids who are hot rarely develop, like your classmate, Clyde. [Now they're peering in Clyde's window.] Now that he knows he's good looking, he doesn't have to make any effort to be special. [...] Now his life will be about girls, chatting with them on the phone and buying them shoes. He will most likely marry very young and not realize until age 40 that he's a total douche. And so you see, Kyle, it is actually the beautiful kids who are cursed."
Kyle didn't care about Lincoln's little demonstration, pointing out that he didn't want to wait to be an adult to be happy because that was so far off, and demanded to be taken home.

After Wendy dug up enough evidence, the other girls confessed that Clyde had been voted in the bottom 5 by the members, so they'd had to fudge the numbers and make a new list with him at the top. With him in that lofty position, they could each date him and get free shoes through his father's shoe store. Wendy was horrified to have discovered the corruption, and stole the real list to show Kyle the truth.

Bebe tried to get Wendy to give up the real list, but Wendy told her she'd already sent a copy to the police. Bebe was sure Wendy was bluffing and prepared to shoot, when sirens were heard as police pulled up to the school and confirmed Wendy's claims.

It gave Wendy the opportunity she needed to attack Bebe, but in the ensuing struggle the gun went off. Both girls stood up and realized that they were unharmed. The bullet had actually traveled to the bad side of town and broken through the McCormick window, hitting Kenny in the head just as his Pop Tarts were finishing in the toaster!

He burned it without checking his true rank, citing Abraham Lincoln's wisdom: "Abe Lincoln was right. I don't wanna find out I'm good-looking and become a total [jerk] when I grow up."
