Grace says, "Oh! Are you insane? Jack's got expensive taste. I mean, the musical bidet alone is over $400." Karen says, "Well, that's your problem, not mine. Grace tells him, "Jack, we have already gone over this. You cannot put a skylight on the 9th floor of a 12-story building."

Grace tosses an orange at Will and he watches it hit the floor. Grace then says, "I'd say no."
