"Akiba's Trip" (think of it as Akiba Strip) was first introduced as a Japanese only PlayStation Portable (PSP) game in May, 2011. In the game, the city is overrun with vampires (Synthisters in the game world) and the only way to defeat them is to strip them down to their underwear. Your character runs around the city wielding various weapons which are used to weaken these Synthisters. "Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City" was released for the SNES in November, 1994. It is not a sports game, but a platformer like "Super Mario Bros." or "Mega Man". In the game, several basketball players were kidnapped by a mad scientist named Maximus Cranium. Michael Jordan must use basketballs that contain various powers to defeat enemies and collect keys to try and rescue them.

It was released a month after "Shaq Fu", which was a fighting game featuring fellow basketball player Shaquille O'Neal for the SNES, Sega Genesis and later the Game Boy and Game Gear. Both games were published by Electronic Arts.

Bossa Studios, an independent video game developer from Great Britain, released the video game "I Am Bread" (PS4, XB1, PC, iOS, Android) in April, 2015. In "I Am Bread", you control a plain slice of white bread and your goal is to turn it into toast by interacting with various objects within each stage.

While controlling the bread, you need to be careful not to let it hit the floor or anything else that could potentially spoil it, which will cause you to fail each level.

"Heavy Rain" was first released for the PS3 in February, 2010. The game was published by French video game developer Quantic Dream, who have gained a reputation for their interactive movie-style games. In "Heavy Rain", you control minute aspects of the playable characters lives including cooking, cleaning and even their own personal hygiene, which could alter the ending depending how well you interact with the characters. Scott Shelby (a private investigator) is one of the four playable characters. During his story arc, Scott visits the home of a woman whose husband had left her. Scott is required to change, feed and burp the woman's newborn baby in order to progress through the scene.

"Plumbers Don't Wear Ties" was first released as DOS title in 1993 and was released for the 3DO home console in 1994. It was an adult oriented romantic comedy. "Plumbers Don't Wear Ties" was criticized for having barely any graphics. The game's "cutscenes" were still photos that were voiced over, instead of being full motion cutscenes as was advertised by the game's publisher United Pixtures (yes, that is the correct spelling). Basically, the game played more like a choose-your-own adventure story book rather than a video game.

"Anodyne" (PC, iOS, Android) was released by American independent game developer Analgesic Productions in 2013. It was later ported to the PS4 and XBox One in 2018 and the Nintendo Switch in 2019. "Anodyne" looks to be a parody of 8-bit "Legend of Zelda" games.

However, instead of a sword, the main character fights enemies with a broom. Just like "The Legend of Zelda", there are dungeons to explore and keys to find. Also, the NPCs in "Anodyne" have some interesting and often times humorous comments when they interact with the main character.

"Superhot" was designed by independent video game designers based out of Poland. The game was developed from a demo produced in 2013. A full game was released for PC and Xbox One in 2016 and later the PS4 in 2017 after a successful Kickstarter campaign.

In "Superhot", the player is placed in a first-person shooter scene. The object of the game is to progress in slow motion and string together a sequence of action moves to take out enemy combatants, much like the slow motion scenes in "The Matrix" or the Quicksilver scene in "X-Men: Days of Future Past". If you progress through the scene too quickly you could die and fail the scenario.

"Untitled Goose Game" was released by Australian game designer House House for PC, PS4 and XBox One in 2019. In "Untitled Goose Game", your protagonist is a wild goose and the goal is to steal a bell from a human town. During the game, the goose drives the townsfolk crazy with his antics as he searches for the town bell.

He can steal food and other items to have himself a picnic or trick people into buying back things that they already own.

"Death Stranding" was first released for PS4 in 2019 and later PC in 2020. In the game, a supernatural disaster leaves the United States in ruin. You play as a professional delivery man named Sam Bridges who delivers supplies to the survivors of this catastrophe. During his adventure, Sam eventually begins to carry around an unborn fetus that can detect ghost-like monsters (B.T.'s) that inhabit the countryside.

In addition, Sam's bodily substances including sweat, urine, feces and blood are collected at certain rest areas in order to be converted into weapons to battle these ghost-like beings, which means that the player is encouraged to use the bathroom often to keep their supplies stocked. Hair is not a substance that is collected in "Death Stranding".

American cereal company General Mills teamed up with game designer Digital Cafe to develop the game "Chex Quest" for PC in 1996. "Chex Quest" is a first-person shooter game based on "Doom", which was released three years earlier. Instead of a human, the protagonist of "Chex Quest" is an anthropomorphic piece of Chex cereal who is sent to defend a planet named Bazoik from a hoard of green aliens.

It is basically a more kiddified version of "Doom".
