Cartman was bragging about the $2 he got for a single tooth and Stan complained that he only ever got a single quarter. Kyle seemed to have the short end of the stick, though, having only gotten "a jar of gefilte fish."

The boys tied a rope to Kenny's tooth and affixed the other end to Timmy's wheelchair. Cartman figured that because Kenny's family was poor, they must have "bad oral hygiene," so his teeth would "fall out someday, anyway" and Kenny wouldn't miss them so much in the meantime! Kenny was not pleased with the plan and when Timmy put his wheelchair in high gear, it only pulled Kenny out of his parka, rather than the tooth out of his mouth!

Liane was worried because Cartman had lost 112 baby teeth, "15 of them in one night." Liane wondered if he should switch toothpaste. Dr. Roberts asked if her son was an "alligator" but seemed to have no other idea of an explanation and told Liane he couldn't help until after the American Dental Association convention.

Kyle was beside himself and asked if Moses and Abraham were make-believe. His father replied that "they were probably real" but told Kyle that Atlantis was "probably not." Kyle was thrown into a crisis and ran from the house! Back with his friends, Kyle asked Cartman if Dan Rather was real, and Cartman confidently asserted that he wasn't since "that's just a TV show."

The boys were overwhelmed by the extensiveness of Loogie's operation. When Loogie made them an offer to let them run South Park's tooth racket in exchange for keeping all their body parts in tact, the boys could hardly refuse!

When Dr. Foley stood up and suggested the explanation might just be a "black-market tooth racket" where "one group is stealing the money and teeth from another group for profit," all the other dentists laughed at him and dismissed the idea. Dr. Foley wasn't about to buy into the ludicrous "half-chicken/half-squirrel" explanation and left the conference to find the kingpin of the tooth trade and resolve the matter.

They were holding him hostage to get Cartman to pay Loogie his cut of the profits, but Cartman refused. Loogie's stooges threw Kenny into the Platte River wearing "concrete galoshes." Luckily for Kenny, the river was only a few inches deep and his life wasn't threatened in the least!

Dr. Foley collaborated with the news to run a fake story that would basically advertise an easy target; Billy was going to put his tooth under his pillow and get $600 from the news station to pay for the procedure. Of course Cartman took the bait and rounded up the other boys to go get the money from under Billy's pillow.

Loogie was annoyed with himself for falling for the trap, but tried to see the silver lining - he'd be able to "play in the flag football team this year."

Though Loogie's crew's attempt to drown Kenny seemed unsuccessfully, Kenny was left in the river stuck in blocks of concrete. As he tried to hop toward shore, he jumped into a deep section and promptly drowned!
