Wendy pointed out that the manatee was an endangered animal, but their teacher simply explained that their endangered status only gave them all the more reason to dissect them, and thus better understand them. When one of the manatees she distributed was still alive, the teacher bludgeoned it to death with a brick.

It was later revealed that there had been a mix-up and the class was supposed to have been sent frogs for dissection; the manatees had been intended for the Denver Shelter Aquarium. By then, though, Kenny had already eaten his manatee's spleen!

Cartman rolled a stick of butter in powdered chocolate milk and then smashed it between two warm Pop Toasties. When he returned to the living room to resume watching Terrance and Phillip, he found that his mom had prepared to stage an intervention for him.

The boys were coaxing Kenny to eat his own vomit (for a price, of course!) and Butters offered, "you can scoop it up in my R. Kelly thermos." Kenny agreed, for just $19!

After a meal of carrots and protein bars, the counselors served up soy bean pudding for dessert. It was at that point that Cartman determined he had to escape.

When Cartman executed his escape, he was lured in by a passing ice cream truck, only to find himself tossed in the back with a bunch of other foiled escapees. One of the kids mentioned that the camp also used a taco stand to thwart escape attempts.

He had Kenny on the show to eat fresh dog poop, but was disapproving of Kenny's act: "Kenny is only doing things that anybody could do, for money. He's a prostitute." The boys didn't know what a prostitute was, so they went to ask Chef, who explained through a musical duet with James Taylor!

Cartman had teamed up with a skinny kid who dressed up like Cartman to fool the town and then smuggled junk food back to the fat camp for Cartman to sell to the other kids. When the double negotiated himself up to a 20% cut, Cartman reminded him that he was supposed to be at "the drug rehab center next door: you blow your cover, and we're both screwed."

The advertising proclaimed that Kenny would climb inside her uterus and stay there for six hours. Unfortunately, before the stunt could be filmed, Kenny was arrested in New York for prostitution after performing oral sex for $10 on Howard Stern when guesting on his radio show.

He might have felt inspired by the other kids' determination to stay and lose weight, but the counselors told him he was (understandably) no longer welcome at the camp.

When Kyle and Stan figured out that the Cartman double wasn't actually Cartman, they forced him to dress up like Kenny and perform the uterus stunt in Kenny's stead. However, when the six hours was up and Ms. Crabtree pushed the boy out, he was dead!
