"South Park" Season 7 Trivia Quiz

In this episode, we see that the town of South Park is divided between those who want to see America to go to war with Iraq, and those against it. When the kids join a protest which gets violent, Mr Garrison assigns them all a project to ask what the Founding Fathers would have to say about the issue.

While Stan, Kenny and Kyle try to make their way through a stack of books, Cartman has the idea of trying to flashback to 1776 and see what the Founding Fathers would do. Hilarity ensues when Cartman knocks himself out with a rock and then electrocutes himself in order to have his flashback...and he succeeds! (Remember kids, don't try that at home!) (NOTE - Although this episode was shown as the 4th episode by some networks, it has the production code 701, making it the first episode of the season.

It was also the first episode of the season according to my viewing).

Stan's dad, Randy Marsh, sings that he's "a little bit Rock'n'Roll" at the anti-war/pro-war protest. He teams up with his pro-war counterpart to produce a catchy and witty duet dealing with America's responsibility as a strong nation to deal with problems and at the same time protest their actions.
A little fact about this episode : Although it was the 97th episode to be made, it was aired as the show's 100th episode (as pointed out by Randy Marsh during his stint on the stage).

Answer: Stalin

Stalin was not part of Christopher Reeve's "Legion of Doom". The members of the Legion included Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, Professor Chaos (otherwise known as Butters) and his sidekick General Disarray, David Blaine, Kim Jong-Il, Cheetah, Black Manta and a guy dressed up as Dr.Doom.

Answer: They "toilet paper" her house

After arming themselves with dozens of rolls of toilet paper, the boys "TP" her house as revenge. When the police and the school counsellors begin to track down who did it, Kyle begins to have strong feelings of remorse. Cartman, suspecting that Kyle might spill the beans, takes Kyle out to Stark's Pond on a dark misty night and tries to beat him to death with a Wiffle Ball bat!

Answer: False

The name of the song was "Taco-Flavoured Kisses" and is heard a number of times throughout the episode. Cartman's version of Jennifer Lopez - who is Cartman's hand taking a life of its own - ends up getting the real J-Lo fired from her record company and even steals her then fiance, Ben Affleck.

In the end, it turns out that Cartman's hand-puppet was a conman named Mitch Connor, who then kills himself and Cartman's hand then has no more life of its own.

Answer: Laundromat owners

The boys were playing as laundromat owners before playing as detectives. Kyle and Stan mention the laundromat once or twice throughout the episode and you can see them all playing at it again at the end of the episode when they all decide that they had had enough of being real detectives.

The cherry pie case was the first case for the boys while they *played* at being detectives. When they find and rescue Sarah Peterson's doll, Lt.Dawson of the Park Country Police decides to make the boys real junior detectives.

As real detectives, the boys' first case is to take out a meth lab, which was "the tip of the iceberg" according to their chief, and soon enough the boys get involved in a real gun battle at the strip club.

In the episode "Red Man's Greed",Kyle's dad ends up losing $26,000 after a few lousy rounds of blackjack. $300,000 was needed by the people of South Park to prevent the casino owners from building a superhighway to Denver through their town.

When the townspeople attempt to block the creation of a superhighway through their town, the owners of the casino hatch a plan to give them all SARS by rubbing infected Chinese men onto some blankets, which they would give to the townspeople as an offering of goodwill. With the help of a wiseman, Stan finds out that the cure for SARS is nothing more than Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup, DayQuil and Sprite!

Kyle is the odd one out in this episode and decides not to join in on the latest craze. When he ends up getting dumped by his friends and confronted one too many times with the whole metrosexual thing, he decides to take action and go kill the "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" gang.

The Crab People diguised themselves as the "Queer Eye" guys in the episode "South Park is Gay" in the hope of taking over the world by turning all men into sissies.

Cartman creates the group "Faith + 1" with Token and Butters when he makes a bet with Kyle that he'll be the first one to make a platinum album. He goes on to abuse the Christian faith in order to get him tonnes of record sales.

Answer: "Moop"

Stan, Kyle and Kenny's band was named "Moop". "Moop" staged a protest to stop playing music until music piracy was abolished and were joined by famous singers, such as Britney Spears and the band Metallica. Remember kids, downloading MP3s is bad, mmmm'kay?

Answer: Mormon

A Mormon kid and his family move to South Park. Stan gets invited to Gary's house to spend the evening with his family and ends up learning a thing or two about the Mormon faith.
On a side note, "South Park" co-creator Trey Parker's first girlfriend was a Mormon.

Answer: Smoking

An anti-smoking group comes to the school and tells kids to "Butt Out". Shocked at the thought of becoming like the overly cheerful group, the boys try smoking a few cigarettes but soon get in a lot of trouble.

Answer: Lexus

Lexus is Butter's love interest in the episode, and restaurant, "Raisins". Bearing a striking resemblence to a certain restaurant chain, the girls at "Raisins" are all named after expensive car models, such as Mercedes and Porsche.

Answer: Peter Gabriel

Bebe tells Stan to play some Peter Gabriel music to Wendy to get her back (Wendy had just broken up with Stan). The song he plays to her is "Shock the Monkey".

Answer: By plane

Ike is found and taken away by his Canadian birthparents in the start of the season finale "It's Christmas in Canada", apparently as a result of the new Canadian Prime Minister's decision that all adopted Canadian kids should be returned to their motherland. Kyle and the boys race to Canada by plane - courtesy of the guy who runs the Chinese takeaway store - to try to talk with the Prime Minister and get Ike back home in time for Christmas.

The name of the guy that the Canadians warn the boys about is actually called Scott. Scott also made an appearance in the second season episode "Not Without My Anus", as the archnemesis of our beloved Terrance and Phillip.

Answer: An ice hockey player

No ice hockey players join the boys on their journey. They do, however, meet up with a Mountie on a sheep (he wants to ask for the Mounties to have their horses back), a mime from French Canada (aka Quebec) who wants the ban on wine to be lifted and a guy from Newfoundland who wants the ban on something inappropriate to mention here to be lifted. As a side note, the Prime Minister turned out to be Saddam Hussein trying to take over Canada again.
